History: 9 y girl. Locked right knee. Medial tenderness.
The mid body of the meniscus is substantially larger than normal, but it comes to a tapering point before reaching the intercondylar notch. The meniscal width reaches 14 mm on coronal image of the mid-meniscal portion. The findings are congruent with with incomplete discoid lateral meniscus.
