| Oblique reconstruction CT: Small, fractured bony fragment can be noted adjacent to the antero-inferior aspect of the glenoid process in keeping with bony Bankart lesion. There is a minor cortical irregularity with a single, tiny bone fragment at the postero-lateral aspect of the humeral head in keeping with small Hill-Sachs lesion. |
