AP radiograph: circumscribed lucency of the articular surface of the medial femoral condyle.
PD FS three plane: Sharp edged, well-defined joint fluid-filled defect of the articular cartilage and subchondral bone is noted in the weight-bearing surface of the medial femoral condyle measuring 14 mm, surrounded by mild bone marrow oedema. |
