| PD FS Axi: Grade IV chondral injury of the lateral aspect of the patellar articular surface is noted. Wiberg type III patella (markedly smaller medial patellar facet) is seen; predisposing factor for patellofemoral dislocation. Large amount of subsequent suprapatellar fluid collection. |
